        　　承担全省城乡劳动者职业技能鉴定考核;指导全省职业技能鉴定机构业务;承担全省职业技能等级认定的技术支持和业务指导;承担全省专项职业能力、机关事业单位工人技术等级岗位考核的组织实施;组织技师、高级技师考评、高技能人才评价及国家职业资格统一考试;承担职业技能竞赛活动技术指导和服务。
